
Will the ink smudge on candy wrappers? No, all wrappers are printed on a high quality Laser printer. The ink will not smudge.
What type of paper is used for wrappers? Wrappers are printed on high quality business gloss paper.
Are there discounts for large orders? Discounts will be given depending on the size of the order. Please email me for pricing on large order. Large orders are considered 200 wrappers or more.
Do you sell the candy too? I do sell wrapped candy bars. However, I am based in Texas, so wrapped chocolate orders incur an additional $5.00 charge to protect them in the heat. Chocolate bars will melt. The cooling packs will only last for 24 hours. I strongly recommend upgrading shipping if you are purchasing wrapped chocolate bars. If you live in the Austin-San Antonio corridor, I am very willing to personally deliver your bars to you. If you live within 15 miles of 78660 zip code there is no charge. Outside of this deliver zone, I charge per mile based on national guidelines. Email me with any specific requests.
How do I wrap the candy? Included in every purchase is a detailed instruction sheet that will explain to you how to wrap the candy. It is very simple and does not require extensive labor. I am always available for online support if you should need it.
What supplies are recommended? I use regular scotch tape, double sided tape, and HERSHEY'S® or Trident products. The wrappers will also fit the Nestle Crunch bar. Hershey’s bars are no longer wrapped with foil so to get the traditional look foil is added to the bars to give them a more professional look.
What if I need help after I have received my order? I am available Monday– Saturday to support you in any way necessary. Evenings work best for me. I am on Yahoo Messenger and soon I will have a My Space account for my business.
Will you mail wrappers or candy bars directly to the recipient? Absolutely Yes!! If you would like to have wrappers mailed as a gift or candy bars mailed directly to the recipient, I am more than willing to arrange this for you.
Do you send proofs? At this time, I cannot send any proofs via snail mail. I will send a JPEG proof for all new orders so that you can see your design before I print it. I will not print until I have your assurance that the design is what you expect.
Please Note: Colors may vary slightly from computer to print but I assure you that the quality of your finished product will not be compromised.
Will you add a photo? I can add a photo to most wrappers and invitations. If you would like to incorporate a photo into a custom design, we can do that too. There is a minimal charge of $5.00 to add a photo to any wrapper design. I prefer image files through email and need it to be Jpeg at 300 DPI. If you don't have a digital image, you can mail me the photo you would like to use in your design and I can scan it in for an additional $2.00. If you would like the photo returned to you then you must include a self addressed stamped envelope with the photo. Professional photos will require a release from the photographer giving permission to use the photo in the design. Do not crop your photo as I will do this for you when creating your design.
If I buy uncut sheets, how will I know where to cut? UnCut sheets are very easy to use. I will send you the printed sheets ready to cut. You simply use any scissors or paper cutter and trim along the trim lines. I will place a very light border around each wrapper so it will act as a guide for you in cutting.
How does the PDF File work? The PDF file is the most economical choice. You will get an email file in PDF format. PDF stands for printable data format. You simply open the document using your PDF reader like Adobe Acrobat Reader and then print using your home printer. You can print however many copies you like.
How do I order? Click on the image that you are interested in. The hyperlink will take you to an order page. Fill in the order information. Within 24 hours you will receive a confirmation email that your order has been received. I will draft a proof and your invoice and send them to you for approval. Once approval and payment are received, your order will be processed.

Where do you ship to? I will ship anywhere in the united states. At this time, no international orders are accepted.
What shipping methods are available? Orders will be shipped using USPS unless otherwise requested. My primary service provider is FedEx but if you prefer UPS I can ship using this method as well.
How soon will I receive my order? Birth announcements are always completed and shipped within 3 business days of receiving the order. All other orders will ship within 7 business days of receiving the order. Rush deliveries are available.
