Will the ink smudge on printed wrappers? If you buy the printed wrappers directly from us, then no the ink will not smudge on the wrappers we sell. If you choose the print at home method, then please be aware that wrappers printed on inkjet printers may smudge.
What type of paper is best to be used for print at home wrappers? If you are using a laser printer, then I highly recommend Hammermill Business Gloss. Standard copy paper works well but for best results on an inkjet printer, I recommend a bright white paper 113 or better.
Do you sell the candy too? I do sell wrapped candy bars locally only. If you live in the north Austin, Pflugerville, Round Rock area and you are interested in wrapped candy bars, email me for information.
Why should I buy a PDF file instead of the actual wrappers? If you are trying to save money, this is an economical way to get many favors at an affordable price.
How do I wrap the candy? Included in every purchase is a detailed instruction sheet that will explain to you how to wrap the candy. It is very simple and does not require extensive labor. I am always available for online support if you should need it.
What supplies are recommended? I use regular scotch tape, double sided tape, and HERSHEY'S® products. The wrappers will also fit the Nestle Crunch bar. Hershey’s bars are no longer wrapped with foil so to get the traditional you can purchase foil directly from us with your order. Please note, we keep a limited amount of foil in stock.
What if I need help after I have received my order? I am available Monday– Saturday to support you in any way necessary. Evenings work best for me. I am on Yahoo Messenger and I check my email often!
Will you mail wrappers directly to the recipient? Absolutely Yes!! If you would like to have wrappers mailed as a gift directly to the recipient, I am more than willing to arrange this for you.
Do you send proofs? At this time, I cannot send any proofs via snail mail. I will send a JPEG proof for all new orders so that you can see your design before I print it. I will not print until I have your assurance that the design is what you expect.
Please Note: Colors may vary slightly from computer to print but I assure you that the quality of your finished product will not be compromised.
Will you add a photo? I can add a photo to most wrappers and invitations. If you would like to incorporate a photo into a custom design, we can do that too. There is a minimal charge of $5.00 to add a photo to any wrapper design. I prefer image files through email and need it to be Jpeg at 300 DPI. If you don't have a digital image, you can mail me the photo you would like to use in your design and I can scan it in for an additional $2.00. If you would like the photo returned to you then you must include a self addressed stamped envelope with the photo. Professional photos will require a release from the photographer giving permission to use the photo in the design. Do not crop your photo as I will do this for you when creating your design.
If I buy uncut sheets, how will I know where to cut? UnCut sheets are very easy to use. I will send you the printed sheets ready to cut. You simply use any scissors or paper cutter and trim along the trim lines. I will place a very light border around each wrapper so it will act as a guide for you in cutting.
How does the PDF File work? The PDF file is the most economical choice. You will get an email file in PDF format. PDF stands for printable data format. You simply open the document using your PDF reader like Adobe Acrobat Reader and then print using your home printer. You can print however many copies you like.
How do I order? Email me your order information and within 24 hours you will receive a confirmation email that your order has been received. I will draft a proof and your invoice and send them to you for approval. Once approval and payment are received, your order will be processed.
How do I pay for my order? I will send you and invoice through paypal. You simply pay the invoice through paypal and that is it.
Shipping Information
Where do you ship to? I will ship anywhere in the united states. At this time, no international orders are accepted.
What shipping methods are available? Orders will be shipped using USPS unless otherwise requested. My primary service provider is FedEx but if you prefer UPS I can ship using this method as well.
How soon will I receive my order? Birth announcements are always completed and shipped within 3 business days of receiving the order. All other orders will ship within 7 business days of receiving the order. Rush deliveries are available.
